On September 20 and 21, the Project Management Department and HR Department of the Company jointly organized the annual training for EPC project managers, which was attended by a total of more than 80 trainees.

The training courses included "the impact of replacement of business tax with value-added tax on EPC project from the perspective of project cost", "EPC project operation and contract risk assessment", "review and reflection on safety management", "financial expertise lecturing", "introduction to bidding process for subcontracting", "arrangement and management of general plan for construction of EPC project", and "VKPC project implementation control".

President Xu Datong of the Company summarized the training at its end. President Xu affirmed the content and organization of this training, and raised further requirements on trainees, hoping that the production-related departments will attach importance to the learning of EPC management expertise & experience, enhance exchange and cooperation among departments, enable China Haisum to train more young "engineers" instead of simply "designers", get done with project management & control and risk control, and make concerted efforts for China Haisum's promising future!
